Leveraging computational methods and data science to advance our understanding of diseases and contribute to public health through Large Language Models, Multi-modality, and Biomedical Data Analysis.
I am a 3rd year PhD student from the Institute for Health Informatics (IHI) at University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. My major is Health Informatics, Data Science track, and I am glad to be supervised by Dr. Serguei Pakhomov at the Cognitive Artificial Intelligence Research Lab (CAIR).
My research is fundamentally oriented towards leveraging computational methods and data science to advance our understanding of diseases and contribute to public health. By integrating cutting-edge technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs), Multi-modality, High-dimensional Multi-omics, and Causal Discovery, I aim to create actionable insights that can be translated into tangible health benefits and societal progress.
Get in touch! I'm always interested in discussing research collaborations, academic opportunities, or connecting with fellow researchers in health informatics and data science.
